Simple Kebab Marinade

One of the easiest kebab marinades. Suitable for both pork and chicken.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Onions – 500 g
Citric acid – 25 g (1 sachet)
Salt – 1-2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches

Directions

  1. Peel, wash and chop the onion. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Wash the meat (or chicken), drain, cut into pieces.
  3. Put the onion to the meat, season with salt and pepper, add citric acid. Mix everything well. To cover with a lid. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  4. Fry kebabs on the grill, in the oven or in a pan.
