Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, grains
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • 2 sachets rice
  • Salt water

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. In the meantime, cut the peppers into cubes. Add the pepper cubes to the minced meat and fry in the pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Deglaze everything with the tomato paste and fill up with a little water (depending on how much sauce you want). Then season and simmer until the diced paprika is still firm to the bite. Season to taste with cream and the spices. In the meantime, cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
