  • 150 ml water, warm
  • 20 g mararine
  • 100 g cream cheese, with herbs

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in a bowl and add the warm water. Stir with a fork until the crumbs have dissolved. Now add the salt and sugar. Add margarine, egg, flour and cream cheese and mix with the mixer to a smooth dough. Let rise for 20 minutes in a warm place (I put it on the heater).
  2. In the meantime, grease a loaf pan with margarine and preheat the oven to 75 ° C fan oven. After 20 minutes, pour the batter into the loaf pan, distribute it evenly and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then turn the oven up to 175 ° C and bake for 75 minutes.
  3. Instead of herbal cream cheese, you can of course use other types of cheese - creativity is required.
