Ingredients

  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) – 3 cups
  • Eggs (slightly beaten) – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.25 cups
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Flour- 0.5 cups
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoon.

Instructions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Grease 6 tins with a volume of 180 g with oil, put them on a large baking sheet, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt and beat. Add milk, then gradually add flour and baking powder, mix until smooth.
  3. Put the berries in prepared molds, pour the dough and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown. You can sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar before serving.
