Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 80 g butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder

For the filling:

  • 3 cups sour cream or sour cream

  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg until foamy, mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in, put the dough as a base in a greased springform pan.
  2. Cook pudding from vanilla pudding powder, milk and sugar and mix well with sour cream and mandarins, then place on the dough base.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for 50-60 minutes (cover with aluminum foil after 50 minutes).
