  • 40 grams sugar

  • 4 egg whites

  • 110 g flour
  • 40 g cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with 40 g granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Beat the egg whites with 100 g of granulated sugar to form greasy snow, fold into the yolk mass and melt in the flour sifted with maizena.
  2. Pour the mixture into a skin-filling sack with a smooth spout (No. 8) and dress evenly sized ladyfingers on baking paper. Sprinkle with sifted icing sugar and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
