- 2 chilli pepper (s), red
- 3 tablespoon tea, black
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 liter water, hot

- Clean the chilli peppers, cut lengthways, remove seeds, rinse and cut into fine rings.
- Put the black tea and the cinnamon sticks in a pot and brew with 1 liter of hot water.
- Let it steep for about 3 minutes. Then strain and enjoy.
