Let the fruits thaw a little and puree. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Crumble the amarettini.
Layer alternately blackberry purée, cream quark and biscuits on top in 4 glasses. Since this dessert is very substantial, everything can be divided into 8 glasses. This is also sufficient as a dessert.
