Instructions

  1. Bring the blackberries with water and rock candy to the boil, after cooling through the Flotte Lotte twist or puree, then fill up with the grain. Personally, I rub the mass through my Rösle sieve (is particularly fine) and then fill it up in bottles.
  2. Also tastes great in sparkling wine or cava.
  3. It is easy to add or reduce, as the amount remains the same, e.g .: 500 g blackberries, 500 g rock candy, 0.5 L grain and 0.5 L water.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
