Ingredients

  • 200 g blackberries
  • 150 g rock candy, white
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 700 ml schnapps (grain)

Instructions

  1. Wash the blackberries, drain them well, put the rock candy and the broken cinnamon stick in a large container. Pour on the grain and let it steep for at least 6 - 8 weeks.
  2. Then filter, fill into bottles, close tightly and let the liqueur rest in a cool place for a few more weeks.
