Ingredients
- 1 kg bacon, lean, diced
- 1 kg beef goulash
- 1 kg pork goulash
- 1 kg pepper (s), mixed
- 1 kg tomato (s)
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 3 bottles sauce (shashlik sauce), á 250 ml

- Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Dice onions, peel and dice tomatoes. Layer everything in the above order in a large roasting pan and pour the shashlik sauce over it. Do not season any further!
- Put the kilo pot in the cold for 24 hours and let it steep. Then cover and cook in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 2 1/2 hours. Do not stir beforehand, just before serving!
- White bread or rice and of course salad go well with it.
- Tip: replace the fresh tomatoes with 3 small cans of pizza tomatoes.
