Ingredients
- 1 kg grapes
- 500 g apples
- 700 g preservin suar, 1: 2
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 point vanilla sugar

- Core the grapes. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice.
- Put the grapes and apple pieces in a tall saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Finally add the preserving sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pour into 6 twist-off glasses and turn over.
