Ingredients

  • 500 g pumpkin meat (Hokkaido)
  • 500 g rapes
  • 50 g hazelnuts, round
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 2:

Instructions

  1. Wash the ingredients, chop them finely (or shred them in the Quickschef), add the hazelnuts and the 2: 1 preserving sugar to the saucepan and cook according to the instructions, maybe a little longer if you like it softer.
  2. Pour everything into clean twist-off glasses, screw on tightly and let cool upside down.
