Ingredients

  • 500 g blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup / s coffee (espresso)
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 dl whipped cream
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 200 g ladyfiners

Instructions

  1. First, whip the cream until stiff. Then mix with the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and mascarpone with a hand mixer. Place the biscuits in a flat mold (or 2 molds, depending on size) and sprinkle with espresso. Place the blackberries (except for some nice fruits to decorate) on the ladyfingers. Spread the mascarpone cream on top. Dust with chocolate powder and decorate the remaining blackberries - lemon balm also looks great as a decoration.
  2. Then store the whole thing in the refrigerator until the guests come.
