Ingredients
For the dough:
- 100 g mararine
- 200 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 375 grams flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
For covering:
- 500 g cream quark
- 500 g quark, lean
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g suar
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 small can mandarine (s)

- Knead the ingredients for the dough into a crumbly mass, distribute on a deep baking sheet and press down a little with your hand.
- For the topping, mix all the ingredients except for the mandarins and pour onto the dough, then spread the mandarins on top. Either neatly lined up or just like that.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection around 180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes.
