Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 5 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g couverture, white
  • 50 g cherry (s)
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Knead the fat in flakes with sugar, egg yolk, salt, cocoa and flour to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shape into a 4 cm thick roll and place in the refrigerator for about 90 minutes.
  3. Then cut into thin slices, lay them out on the baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile melt the couverture. Let the biscuits cool down a little.
  5. Spread white couverture on the taler, drape half a cherry and sprinkle with pistachio nuts.
