Ingredients
- 4 cl calvados, or apple brandy
- 4 cl apple juice, ear
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 cl maple syrup
- apple, wedge or peel

- Shake all ingredients well in the shaker on ice, strain into a cocktail bowl. Garnish with apple wedge or apple peel if you like.
- Dose lemon juice and maple syrup to taste, depending on the sweetness of the juice used and the spiciness of the apple brandy. I have a very mild and fruity apple brandy and take approx. 1 - 1.5 cl maple syrup and a maximum of 0.5 cl lemon juice.
