Ingredients
- 200 g blueberries, frozen
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon yogurt

- Finely chop the sugar and mint leaves in the food processor, add the frozen berries and chop again until you get a creamy mixture. Finally fold in 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
- Best enjoyed with rhubarb and apple crumbles.
