Ingredients

  • 500 g blueberries, also frozen
  • 8 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mint, fresh chopped
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the blueberries. Mix the ice cream with yogurt, vanilla sugar and mint well. Divide the blueberries into 4 bowls, pour the sauce over them and sprinkle with the walnuts.
  2. Serve immediately!
