Blueberry Cup with Amaretto

Ingredients

250 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 packet vanilla sugar
8 medium biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
4 scoops ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
4 tablespoon amaretto or orange juice

Instructions

Caramelize the vanilla sugar lightly. Add the blueberries and let thaw. Just toss fresh blueberries briefly.
Mash 4 amarettini and pour into glasses, add 1 tablespoon of blueberries each. Then add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and blueberries again.
Finally, put 1 amarettini on top and pour amaretto or orange juice over it.
