Ingredients

  • 125 g natural yourt
  • 60 ml milk, fresh, low in fat
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla from the vanilla grinder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice from a fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries first. Then puree with the milk and yoghurt in a blender until a uniform mixture is obtained. Now add the vanilla, honey and lemon and mix again briefly.
  2. Note: This drink is super light and perfect for in between meals or as a meal replacement. If you like, you can also add 2 tablespoons of cereals for breakfast. B. chia seeds and oatmeal are mixed in.
