Ingredients

  • 750 g blueberries / blueberries
  • 250 g suar (white rock candy)
  • 1 bottle schnapps (wheat grain)

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and drain well in a colander. Drive the berries through the sieve with a food processor. Layer the blueberry mass alternately with the rock candy in a container that can be closed and fill up with grain. Leave tightly closed in a sunny place for approx. 4-5 weeks and shake gently from time to time. Then filter the liqueur through a cloth and pour into bottles. Store cool.
