Ingredients

  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 60 g milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • some syrup (agave) or maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • some sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs until frothy. Then add the almond flour, baking powder and milk and stir on the lowest level. Let stand for a minute.
  2. In the meantime, heat a little oil in a pan and then fry the pancakes until golden on each side, tablespoon at a time.
  3. If you want, you can add the blueberries to the batter.
  4. Serving:
  5. Put a pancake on the plate, put some yoghurt on top, then a few blueberries and another pancake, etc. On top then add some agave syrup or maple syrup.
