Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into snow and gradually add the egg yolks. Mix in all other ingredients until you have a homogeneous dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C in a greased and floured form for about 45 minutes.
  2. Then let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
  3. This recipe is typical in Brazil and a must at every party there, just like brigadeiros.
  4. Note: I always use a beaker with a volume of 250 ml for measuring.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
