- 250 ml corn flour (Farinha de Fubá)
- 250 ml wheat flour
- 500 ml sugar (can also be a little less)
- 250 ml oil or margarine
- 250 ml yogurt
- 1 tablespoon, leveled baking powder
- 4 egg (s), separated
- powdered sugar

- Beat the egg whites into snow and gradually add the egg yolks. Mix in all other ingredients until you have a homogeneous dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C in a greased and floured form for about 45 minutes.
- Then let it cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like.
- This recipe is typical in Brazil and a must at every party there, just like brigadeiros.
- Note: I always use a beaker with a volume of 250 ml for measuring.
