Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta (e.. Spirelli, Gemelli or tubes)
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), finely chopped
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g tartare
  • 1 can (s) tomato (pizza)
  • 0.5 ½ pack tomato (s), happened
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian
  • 30 g parmesan, coarsely rated
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. First cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the minced meat, chilli and tartar and fry properly. After a few minutes add the tomato paste and fry with it. Add the pizza tomatoes and the strained tomatoes. Season well with salt, herbs, sugar and pepper.
  3. Mix the pasta with the Bolognese sauce and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° for approx. 20 minutes until the cheese has taken on color.
