- 250 g ribbon noodles, raw
- 2 points mozzarella
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bag ready mix for Bolognese sauce
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- Butter for the mold
- Breadcrumbs

- Cook the ribbon noodles al dente. In a coated pan (then you don`t need any fat) sear the minced meat until crispy and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Prepare the Bolognese sauce according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the mozzarella into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Now put half of the ribbon noodles in the tin, cover with half of the Bolognese sauce and spread a mozzarella on top. Fill the second layer into the mold in the same way. Bake at about 200 ° C top heat or 170 ° C fan oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the mozzarella has run and is slightly browned.
