Ingredients

  • 4 pork chop (s) (neck chops)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • Dill, frozen or fresh
  • 2 large onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 250 ml broth (beef broth)

Instructions

  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry them vigorously in a hot pan, remove and brown the onions. Deglaze with the beef stock, add the cream, sour cream and paprika. Put the schnitzel back in the pan and cook the schnitzel with the lid closed until they are nice and tender. Only add the dill for the last few minutes.
  2. Spätzle also taste good with French fries, croquettes and of course potatoes.
