- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, clean and cook in florets in salted water until firm to the bite. Drain the water and let the cauliflower cool.
- Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then first dip the florets in the egg and then turn them in the breadcrumbs. Then fry the breaded cauliflower in a pan with butter until golden.
