- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 50 g butter

- Build a breading line from flour, egg whisked with honey and breadcrumbs. Peel the bananas, turn them in the flour, then roll them in the whisked honey egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat a pan with the oil and butter and fry the bananas on both sides until golden brown. Arrange and serve.
