Ingredients

  • 2 rolls, round, as high as possible

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley or chives
  • 3 tablespoon mozzarella or gratin cheese
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 2 piece (s) aluminum foil approx. 30 x 30 cm

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the bun so that the lower half is 2/3. Then hollow out this half. Place a slice of ham on half of the roll, simply cut off the protruding part. Place half of the bun on a piece of aluminum foil.
