Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 jar jam, (raspberry jam)

Instructions

  1. For the crumble, melt the fat and knead with the flour, sugar, egg yolk and cocoa to make crumbs.
  2. Sift the flour onto a work surface. Make a well. Sprinkle sugar in this well and add the egg. Put the butter in flakes on top. Quickly work the dough ingredients into a smooth dough with floured hands. Wrap in foil and let rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out the cookies, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the raspberry jam on the biscuits and sprinkle with crumble.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
