Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 350 g flour
  • 180 g butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For brushing: and sprinkling

  • 1 egg white
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 50 g nuts or almonds / chopped or round
  • 1 small Jar jam, red

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out small, round circles, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with some egg white and sprinkle with nuts or almonds.
  4. Bake lightly at approx. 150 ° for approx. 12 minutes.
  5. Spread jam on the bottom of the cookies and put 2 cookies together.
  6. Makes about 65 cookies.
