Brizol with Sausage and Cheese

A hearty French-style breakfast that’s affordable and easy. We suggest making brizol stuffed with sausage and cheese. In general, brizol is not a dish, but a cooking method, namely, a certain filling is fried in eggs. In our recipe, this is sausage and hard cheese.

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sausage (milk) – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Mayonnaise (any) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients for the brizol.
  2. The main component of the offered dish is, of course, chicken eggs. But first of all, we will deal with the filling, because brizol cooks quickly. So, thinly chop the sausage, and chop the hard cheese with a grater.
  3. Break the declared number of eggs into a plate.
  4. Add a tablespoon of any mayonnaise.
  5. Beat the eggs with a mixer, whisk, or ordinary fork until smooth.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a small frying pan. We heat it up and then pour in the egg mass.
  7. On one side, immediately spread the sausage cut into circles. And then grated cheese.
  8. The egg mass has already grabbed. Cover the filling with the second half of the egg pancake. Fry the brizol on each side for another 2 minutes.
  9. We serve ready-made brizol.
