Ingredients
Butter – 100 Grams
Chocolate – 100 Grams
Sugar – 100 Grams
Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams
Flour – 125 Grams
Eggs – 4 Pieces
Water – 60 Milliliters
Sugar – 125 Grams
Dye – 1 Pinch
Directions
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath. Send 100g of sugar to them so that it also dissolves.
Send three eggs to a separate container, beat them quite a bit with vanilla sugar using a mixer. Put half of the egg mass into the slightly cooled chocolate mass and mix well with a spatula.
Beat the remaining half of the egg mass with a mixer until it becomes lighter and more fluffy. Add the sifted flour, mix everything until a slightly sticky dough.
Add the dough to the chocolate-egg mass, beat very well with a mixer until smooth.
Grease a brownie baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it. When choosing a baking dish, take into account the fact that the brownie should turn out to be 1-2 cm high. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. Cut the cooled brownie into the shape of the herringbone.
Prepare the brownie frosting. Bring 125g sugar and 60ml water to a boil and keep on fire for about 5 minutes, until the mixture turns into syrup.
Beat the whites of one egg with a mixer until firm peaks. Pour the syrup into the protein in a thin stream, without stopping to beat with a mixer. Color the glaze with food coloring until it is slightly green.
Pour the icing into a pastry bag and decorate with the brownie. You can also use lollipops as barrels and other decorations.
