Ingredients

  • 1 kg broccoli (frozen)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with garlic
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 3 large garlic clove (s), fresh, finely chopped
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli for about 10 minutes over medium heat until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, cook the cream cheese into a sauce. Add the beaker of crème fraiche, the milk and the finely chopped garlic, stir in and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the broccoli in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it and spread the grated cheese over it.
  4. Place in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C - 200 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.
  5. Serve with fresh pizza bread.
