Ingredients
- 450 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 250 g Gouda cheese, rated
- 40 g sprin onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, fresh, finely chopped
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 1 pepper (s), orange
- 15 g walnuts, chopped
- salt and pepper

- Mix the cream cheese well with the Gouda cheese, spring onions and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Then shape into a Christmas tree using a piece of cling film. Chill the cheese tree for 1 hour.
- Cut out the peppers in three differently sized shapes into asterisks. Cut the leftovers into sticks for dipping.
- Place the cheese tree on a platter and cover completely with chopped parsley and basil. Then press the pepper stars and walnut pieces into the tree as garlands. Place the pepper stars on top of the tree.
- Drape the crackers and the remaining pepper sticks around the tree.
