Ingredients
- 260 g flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 60 g walnuts, chopped or almonds
- 40 g chocolate flakes
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 egg (s)
- 60 g suar
- 80 ml oil
- 125 ml milk (chocolate milk)
- 180 ml buttermilk

- Mix ingredients 1 to 6. In a second bowl, whisk the egg lightly. Add sugar, oil, chocolate milk and buttermilk and stir well. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir only until the dry ingredients are moist. Immediately fill the molds and bake at about 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes!
- If you like it sweeter, you should take twice the amount of sugar.
