A piece of chocolate happiness with orange sauce – and your mood will jump up! It’s very easy to cook, so why not please yourself and your loved ones!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Bitter chocolate – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 200 Grams (2 tablespoons – in the dough, the rest – for the sauce)
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Flour – 0.5 cups
  • Orange – 1 Piece
  • Cognac, brandy – 30 grams

Directions

  1. Melt chopped chocolate and butter in a water bath. Wash the orange thoroughly and rub the zest on a fine grater.
  2. Stir the melted butter and chocolate, add orange zest to them and pour in cognac in a thin stream. Stir all the time !!!
  3. Beat eggs with sugar and add flour to them. Stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  4. Pour the egg dough into the chocolate mass and mix well so that the dough becomes a uniform color.
  5. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper and pour our dough into the mold. We bake brownies in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. The finished brownie should be moist on the inside.
  6. Cut the orange pulp into slices, remove the seeds, and beat with sugar until smooth. Then cook and evaporate in a skillet until the sauce begins to thicken.
  7. We take out the finished brownie, cool slightly and cut into pieces. Lay out on plates and pour with orange sauce.

Bon appetit!
