Brownie with Liquid Filling

Absolutely everyone will like this delicious chocolate cake with a liquid filling. And if ice cream is also served with it, this dessert will turn out to be divine.

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate – 100 grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 100 Grams
  • Sugar – 2.5 Art. spoons (no slide)
  • Flour – 2.5 Art. spoons (no slide)
  • Cognac, brandy, rum – 1-2 Art. spoons (optional)

Directions

  1. Melt butter and chopped chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until foamy.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and flour to the butter-chocolate mass and knead well in a circular motion.
  4. We turn on the oven to warm up to 160-170 degrees. Grease the baking dishes with butter and put the dough in them. We fill in the forms by 3/4 of the volume. We bake for 12-15 minutes.
