Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 packet cream cheese (brunch, paprika-peppers)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 800 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 200 g shrimp (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (heaped )
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely and let them turn translucent in the hot butter in a saucepan. Add the tomato paste and the packet of brunch. Then dust with flour and gradually pour in the vegetable stock while stirring constantly. Stir vigorously so that no lumps form. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Then season with (very little) salt, pepper and soy sauce and season to taste. Add the peeled prawns (be careful, remove the intestines beforehand - if necessary) and cook in the soup for a few minutes.
  2. Arrange in portions on plates and serve sprinkled with the parsley. If you don`t have parsley in the house, you can leave it out.
  3. This soup goes very quickly and is something different - it is nice and spicy and always tastes like more.
