Bruschetta with Grilled Zucchini

Crispy bruschetta with tender zucchini and spicy cherry blossoms. Great aperitif before dinner.

- Chop the garlic and herbs. Combine herbs, garlic, oil (2 tablespoons), salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes in half. Put in fragrant oil and stir.
- Slice the loaf.
- Dry over an open fire on both sides.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices, add a little salt, and grease with oil (1 tablespoon).
- Fry on both sides over medium heat.
- Spread the pieces of loaf generously with cheese.
- Spread zucchini, and on top – tomatoes with herbs.
- Bruschetta with grilled zucchini is ready. Help yourself immediately!
