  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 200 ml cream (more if necessary)
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts. Remove the outer leaves. Cook in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes, then quarter the individual florets and halve each quarter again. Put the cream in a saucepan and heat it up. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Tastes particularly good with meat loaf, meat cakes and potatoes.
