Ingredients

  • 2 bread rolls (whole grain)
  • 100 g quark (low-fat quark, 1% fat)
  • 2 large carrot (s)
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • 50 g parsley, chopped (TK)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Meanwhile, grate the carrots, chop the parsley and cut open the wholemeal rolls. Mix the shredded carrots with the roasted sunflower seeds and parsley, add a few dashes of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Brush the bun halves thickly with quark and spread the carrot mixture on top.
