Cabbage Schnitzels

Delicious, moderately juicy, very satisfying, but at the same time, low-calorie cabbage schnitzels. The recipe for cabbage schnitzels is easy to prepare and affordable.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage – 6 leaves
  • Dried greens – 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100-150 g
  • Bread crumbs – 3-4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for frying – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We separate the required number of leaves from the fork and put them in boiling slightly salted water. We are waiting for 5-7 minutes.
  2. We spread the finished leaves on a plate, wait for it to cool. Cut the cheese into portioned segments and put a piece on each segment of cabbage, sprinkle with dried herbs.
  3. We wrap the blank with an envelope.
  4. Beat raw eggs with a fork, add a pinch of salt, dip each envelope into the egg mass.
  5. We cover the schnitzel blank with breading (on each side).
  6. Place the prepared cabbage leaves in a saucepan with hot oil. We are waiting for 3-4 minutes. We turn the workpiece to the other side.
  7. We serve cabbage schnitzels with herbs and cheese at any time.
