  • 1 medium white cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onions in a large saucepan. Add the mince and fry. Gradually add the chopped cabbage and fry a little so that it browns a little. Add vegetable broth and chopped tomatoes.
  2. Simmer for about 30 minutes with the lid closed and then season with salt and pepper. Delicious!
