Cake “Dozen”

I named it that because it takes about twelve minutes to cook because the biscuit is made in the microwave. And the taste is very delicate, extraordinary. To decorate the cake, I used the simplest products.

Ingredients

For a biscuit:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 10 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 8 tablespoons
  • Flour – 7-8 tablespoons
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tablespoon.

For impregnation:

  • Jam (any)

For the cream:

  • Sour cream 20% – 2 tablespoons
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanillin

Directions

  1. First, mix eggs and sugar with a fork.
    Then add flour and soda, stir everything well.
    Add milk.
  2. Add oil and mix well again.
    In the form in which you will cook, cover the bottom with baking paper. Pour out the dough.
    Put in the microwave. I have a maximum power of 700 W, I set it for 7.5-8 minutes.
  3. The biscuit rises well.
  4. Pull it out, let it cool.
  5. Then mix sour cream with powdered sugar.
  6. Allow the sponge cake in half on the cakes, grease the bottom with jam, the top with sour cream. Put in the refrigerator.
    The cake will be very tender!
