  • 200 g flour

Instructions

  1. Mix soft butter in a bowl until peaks form. Add eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and stir until the mixture turns light.
  2. Rub the lemon peel, squeeze out the juice and add.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve to the mass.
  4. Mix everything well, pour into the greased or lined with baking paper mold and bake in the lower half of the oven at 180 ° C for about 40-50 minutes. Do a chopstick test!
  5. The recipe is designed for a springform pan with a diameter of 24cm or a cake pan with a length of 22-25cm.
  6. Variant with fruits:
  7. Fill a springform pan with the same weight, peel 3 apples, cut in half, cut into them and place on the dough with the curvature facing upwards.
