Instructions

  1. Drizzle the ladyfingers with cappuccino (do not let them soak).
  2. Beat egg yolks with amaretto until frothy. I always take a little more amaretto because I like the taste so much. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with sugar until frothy. Mix the mascarpone into the egg yolk mixture and fold in the egg whites. Then alternately layer the ladyfingers and the mascarpone cream in a mold or bowl. Mascarpone cream on top. Dust with cabbage powder.
  3. The tiramisu tastes best when you put it in the refrigerator overnight.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
