Instructions

Core and dice the cucumber. Sprinkle cucumber cubes with salt and let stand for 40 minutes.
Dice the avocado and place in a bowl with the cucumber. Sprinkle the garlic with a little salt and dice. Chop the parsley, mix with the remaining ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.
