Recipe for a simple salad of fried shrimp, ripe avocado, and fresh cucumber. The salad is flavored with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and basil.

- Prepare the ingredients for your shrimp, avocado, and cucumber salad.
- Wash the shrimp and peel off the shell and intestinal veins along the tail.
- Peel the avocado and remove the seeds.
- Cut into slices and drizzle with lemon or lime juice. You can add a little grated zest (I did it).
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Cut into slices.
- Place the avocado and cucumber slices in a salad bowl.
- Chop the basil and peeled garlic finely.
- At 3 st. tablespoons of oil quickly, for 1.5 minutes on each side, fry the shrimp, adding garlic and basil.
- Add the contents of the pan to a salad bowl. Season with one spoonful of olive oil.
- Season with salt to taste and stir. Serve the shrimp, avocado, and cucumber salad to the table immediately after cooking.
